Our Story: From a Dream to a Seasonal Retreat

 In 2004, we had a vision to create a small campground with just 25 sites. That same year, we also got married — so 2004 became the beginning of two incredible journeys for our family!

We started with a dream, a lot of hard work, and plenty of learning along the way. We had no idea exactly where this adventure would take us, but we knew we wanted to create a special place where families and friends could gather, relax, and make lasting memories.

The original 25 sites quickly filled, and over the years we continued to grow, adding new sections and expanding our resort. Today, In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort is home to 205 sites and a wonderful community of campers who have transformed their sites into beautiful, creative, and welcoming seasonal retreats.

We are incredibly blessed to have our two children become such an important part of our business. In The Pines truly remains a family-owned and operated resort, with our family involved in every aspect from the very beginning — including construction, design, labor, sales, marketing, and daily operations.

Our mission has always been simple: to create a “Happy Place” where families and friends can escape the everyday, enjoy the outdoors, and build memories that last a lifetime.
