Create a Site Design That Fits Your Desires and Needs - We Are Very Flexible on Site Design!

1. To be put on our waiting list, we require a $100 deposit. You will need to mail us your deposit & the waiting list form (print pdf below). If a site doesn't become available to you in a few months then we can issue you a refund or hold the $100 and you can stay on the list until we can get you into a site at In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort. If a site becomes available we will call you and you will have 48 hours to decide on whether or not you want that site, would like a refund or would like to wait for a different site. Once you get into a site the $100 will be added to your site deposit. The first person to get us the money for the site gets a spot at In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort.

WE DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON ALL ADULTS BEFORE WE ACCEPT THEM AT  IN THE PINES SEASONAL CAMP-RESORT.  

Our site prices range anywhere between $3,800- $4,500 a season. The variety in the cost of our sites is in regards to the range in the privacy of certain sites. We don't know what sites will become available, or when, but getting on our waiting list is the fastest way to get into In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort.    Please fill out the form below if you are looking for a site or need a background check done.  

Please note* We require a background check to be done before you purchase a camping unit and plan to lease a spot in our campground.
