Create a Site Design That Fits Your Desires and Needs - We Are Very Flexible on Site Design!

We have 45 New Sites For The 2025 Season! Put $400 down and get your name on the list to secure one of the first picks of the new sites. Most of our new sites will be around $3400, plus we'll prorate it for you for the 2025 Season based on when you move in. That’s over $600 off our typical campsite! Some of our sites may have a slightly higher price, depending on the level of privacy of the site. Make an appointment with the owner to view these beautiful new sites at In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort.      

All 160 of our other sites are currently full, which is why we are adding 45 new sites to In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort. If you would like to access one of our older sites, you will need to join our waiting list. We require a $100 deposit to be placed on our waiting list for the 160 sites. This $100 is refundable if you choose to be removed from the list. Our campers typically stay with us, so we cannot predict how long the wait will be. We would suggest taking a new site for the time being. All current campers have first pick of sites that become available. 

WE DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON ALL ADULTS BEFORE WE ACCEPT THEM AT  IN THE PINES SEASONAL CAMP-RESORT.  

Please note* We require a background check to be done before you purchase a camping unit and plan to lease a spot in our campground.
