For years, In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort has had a waiting list of campers hoping to become part of our community. At one point, we had over 60 families waiting for an opportunity to join us. Because our campers love their sites and typically stay for many years, available sites don’t come open often.
That incredible demand is why we expanded and added 45 new seasonal sites in 2025. These beautiful new sites are now available, but they are leasing quickly. We are keeping this page available because we know that, once again, a waiting list will return as more families discover the In The Pines difference.
At In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort, your campsite is more than just a place to park your camper — it’s your own outdoor retreat. Our spacious 50' x 80' sites give you room to relax, entertain, and create a space that reflects your personal style.
We offer exceptional flexibility in site design. Add a shed, deck, patio, landscaping, or create the outdoor living space you’ve always imagined. We believe your seasonal site should feel like home.
Our new 2025 seasonal sites range from approximately $3,600 to $5,200 per season, depending on location, privacy, and unique site features. Some of our premium sites offer additional privacy and special features, making them a truly unique seasonal getaway.

Unlike many corporate-owned campgrounds, In The Pines offers a more personal resort experience. Our campers become part of a community where friendships grow, neighbors know each other, and families create memories year after year.
If you are interested in one of our existing seasonal sites should one become available, you may join our waiting list. Current campers receive first priority on available sites, and because our campers typically stay with us for many years, wait times can vary.
Please note: A background check is required for all adults before acceptance into In The Pines Seasonal Camp-Resort. This step helps us maintain the safe, welcoming community our campers value.
